Selling pups:
We wish to provide information on rat parenthood as well as promote responsible rat ownership.
-We will never sell a rat which is sick, deformed, pregnant, carrying parasites, or any other illness which can be harmful to your other pets at home. We take responsibility for any young produced if a pregnant female is ever sold.
-We will take back any unwanted rats without problem. We will always provide information or support for anyone purchasing rats from us. Always feel free to contact us if you would like at [email protected]
Ethical treatment of our rats:
-We provide physical and mental stimulation to all of our rats to bring out their greatest potential in temperament and intelligence. This also maintains their health and psychological well being, helping to keep our rats fit as well as happy and entertained.
-We promote and maintain a healthy array of nutritional foods for our rats. Not only do they receive their weekly blend of food, but they also get vegetables, meat, and some fruits.
-We use and promote the use of aspen and all other safe beddings (see care packet page for safe beddings) Cedar, pine and other phenol releasing beddings can be harmful to your rats health and eventually cause death. Please be safe when picking your bedding.
-All rats here are diligently bred, so any stock which isn't wanted anymore will always have a home here. PLEASE RETURN ANY UNWANTED STOCK!.
Breeding Ethics:
-We strive to know anything available on markings we breed, we will not breed any rats which show aggressive temperament, health issues, undesirable genetic issues, or longevity problems.
-We will only breed animals of the right age and size, all rats will be healthy and litters will only be produced for necessity with the animal's well being always being the main concern when breeding.
-I will never ever knowingly produce rats with genetic disorders such as megacolon, I will always do my very best to make sure there are no known problems in lines before breeding them and giving them to the public.
-We will always provide our animals with proper housing and food, so we promise both parents of any rat adopted from us is fed and taken care of properly, we also pride ourselves on the friendly dispositions of our rats.
